I couldn't wait to leave...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable. I also like the shower.
Disliked: The rug was filthy...had what looks like blood stains next to the bed. I covered the after with a bath towel. In fact, the whole place was badly in need of upgrading. They breakfast was a joke....eggs were all gone when I got there at about 8am. There was no syrup for the pancakes. I had a sausage sandwich for breakfast. The 2nd day was worse...no eggs, chicken sausage that wasn't real sausage - brown and serve variety) and the single grossest nothing I've ever seen....a pot a refried beans...mush..instead of eggs. They said they were waiting for a delivery...translatio...they didn't pay their bill.

Liked: The hotel had bed bugs and the TV was not working. I requested my money back which they refunded with no issue. There were no rooms in town so I drove to Concrord NH which was the closest room available. 169 miles away.

Clean and Comfortable

Liked: Our family of 4 stayed here for one night (Us (Parents) and our two adult daughters). We 'liked the idea of having a 2-bedroom suite rather than getting 2 separate rooms. Our unit (#1222) had a queen size bed and bathroom upstairs, and downstairs there is a living room, a full kitchen area with table and chairs, and another sleeping area with 2 queen size beds and a bathroom. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was a nice breakfast included with our stay. All the employees we met there, at the front desk and the breakfast room, were friendly and professional. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, and downtown Burlington is just a short drive away. Although we did not make use of it, there was an indoor pool that seemed to be well maintained.
Disliked: Although it was a 2-bedroom suite, the bedrooms had no privacy at all. The upstairs bedroom is sort of an open loft area that looks down over the living room, and the first floor bedroom is more like an alcove off the living room, with no doors. If you sit on the couch in the living room, you are looking straight at the two beds in the bedroom. Another issue was the televisions; there are three of them, one in each bedroom, and one in the living room. Our daughters had thought they could relax in their bedroom at night and watch a show while my husband and I watched something else in our room. However, only one television could be used in the unit because you could hear it in all the other rooms due to the lack of doors. Lastly, the kitchen table had counter-height chairs, which were not comfortable for one of our family members. These things did not have much of an impact on our family because we were only there for one night, but if we wanted to return there for a longer stay, we would probably get two separate rooms in the future.

Liked: The kitchen was very well equipped. The separate changing room leading to the bathroom was very handy.
Disliked: 1- Getting to the room. It was on the back of the building and the road was not paved. It was muddy and all our suitcases got dirty as well as the foyer of the room. 2- The bathtub and overall bathroom were very dated. It could use a renovation I think.

Liked: The layout is cute, never had a room with two floors before.
Disliked: It is DISGUSTING. We lasted an hour before we couldn’t stomach staying there and having our kids in there. The carpets are horrific, there’s bodily fluids on walls and chairs, dead bugs, human feces on the bathroom walls. The woman at the front desk needs to find a better vocation because she completely blew off our concerns and said ‘they’re carpets, they get dirty’. No, not like this. If you need a sign to never stay here, this is it.
