Liked: This hotel was perfectly adequate the suite would be very useful for longer stays. Good location. Pool was good.
Disliked: Everything needs a good clean. The bedding was clean but all the surfaces just needed a wipe down. Stains on carpets couches etc.

The Sonesta Suites has serious...

Liked: The rooms are a good size and setup for families, and it’s definitely a bonus having the full kitchen setup when traveling with children.
Disliked: The property and rooms Definitely need some serious updating and maintenance. I know that extended stay hotels that accommodate families can be challenging and time consuming to clean but the lack of effort for cleanliness here is palpable. There are drips of who knows what all over the walls surrounding every single trash can in the room. It is incredibly obvious that there is little to no attention paid to cleaning the walls anywhere. First, we were checked into a room that was untouched by housekeeping, they kindly moved us to another room which appeared decent, but as we settled in we realized there were dirty dishes still in the sink and dirty dishes in the dishwasher. The table was set with pre filled filters of coffee/tea and all the things you need to make coffee, yet no coffee maker to be found. We asked the front desk for a coffee maker and they provided us with a traditional coffee maker with no coffee pot. We very much enjoy staying at Sonesta Suites all over, but this place has got some serious stepping up to the plate to do in order to compete with the new Home 2 Suites in the area.

Disliked: Not much. It was very nice.

Liked: Room and breakfast staff. The breakfast staff showed empathy for my room not being ready. She Changed my attitude because of her kindness to an old diabetic guy who needed to eat. She kept me healthy by warming my soup.
Disliked: Could not get a room until after 5pm . Waited 2.5 hours; front desk staff did not have quarters or soap to run wash machine. Had to get lyft to go get quarters/soap.

Tired 70's decor with zero...

Liked: Not much. Property was extremely out dated, most of the decor seemed to be from the 70's/80's- very run down. I will definitely never stay again.
Disliked: The entire property looked to be run down 70's-80's decor. There was noticeable dirt and mold in the bathroom. The couch was dirty and worn out. The TV cable was not working. The ventilation system was so loud we turned it off. The stairs were worn out and splintered wood. There was no ice maker for guests. (We were told "there is an ice maker in your refrigerator- turn it on and in a few hours you will have ice". The pool was noticeably moldy and dirty. $445 for one night. Complete rip off.
