Liked: Check in is always easy. The location feels safe. Suite was spacious.
Disliked: I had to have my room card reset twice. Breakfast was limited. No meat only options.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities were nice and clean. Sonesta offered a variety of food for breakfast. I will definitely stay again when I visit Birmingham.

Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable and all facility amenities were easily accessible, other than having to sign out the key card for the workout room
Disliked: The property is supposedly a smoke free zone and when I walked into my room it smelled like old cigarettes, the curtains smelled of cigarettes and were stained, showers wasn’t the cleanest but thankfully I always bring cleaning products when away.
