Had no idea what to expect, first time in town - went to Crofoot to see Father John Misty. I was completely blown away by the wonderful hotel and staff. Everything was spotless; the room was very comfortable (even the sofa bed); pillows the very best. The staff was friendly and helpful - providing directions, pizza delivery number, and just being nice to talk to. The lady serving breakfast let us early birds start eating right away, instead of making us wait - was nice to see someone giving 110%.

Do not recommend. Will not...

Liked: The location was convenient to the freeway.
Disliked: Property was not clean. Room smelled extremely strong of disinfectants/cleaners yet the sheets were dirty, floors were sticky, and there were stains on furniture. We had to open windows to air out strong smell and I changed the bed at midnight. Staff apologized and offered that the manager “might” offer to do something to rectify the situation next time we stay with them.

We stayed 3 nights and...

Liked: Breakfast buffet included eggs, potatoes and sausage.Their coffee was good and they also had a small espresso shop.Room was large and had a small couch.Bed was nice. Check-out time was 11:30 which worked great for us.

The staff were so kind,...

Liked: The staff were exceptional and extremely accommodating. They were so kind and the facilities were very clean. Every time I went to the front desk, I was helped and I never felt like a bother. I had my children and it was like being home away from home. They felt very comfortable and the staff were kind to them also.
Disliked: There were gunshots heard at night.

Liked: The room was very nice for the price! Breakfast was good! Nice to see they ve been doing some renovations!
Disliked: The room i had had a kitchenette w no pots or pans or dishes! On a busy weekend they need more help w breakfast! Areas in the hallways could be cleaner!

Wont stay there again

Liked: Shower handle was broken, air conditioner is pointing towards the kitchen instead of towards the bed, made the room warm.
Disliked: I got double charge and the staff l spoke to is really rude.
