no air in the room...

Liked: location
Disliked: I complained that I could not get the air condisioner to work with in 5 minutes of getting to my room. The front desk man came up to the room and he could not even fine the air condioner controls. I showed him were it was located. It was a touch screen digital control. He never could get anything to work on it. not even the fan. He said it was not broken. I asked for my money to be refunded. He declined. I gave him back my key and I went down the street and got another room. I would still like to get my money back as I did not stay at your hotel for more than 5 minutes. I was not about to stay in a hotel room with no air. Thanks Lance

Loved it, the location and...

Liked: Only 30 mins from ATL, alot of stores and places in the surrounding area, love the location
Disliked: Breakfast was not all that, juice was really good

Rude staff but nice place...

Disliked: There was an elderly Black man at the reception who was extremely rude to us. While he was friendly and welcoming to other Black guests, his attitude toward us felt hostile, as if we were unwelcome or even his enemies. It was a very uncomfortable experience. I believe the hotel management should seriously reconsider whether such behavior aligns with the level of hospitality expected at their establishment.

Superb

Liked: Responsiveness of staff to our requests. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal. The beds and linens were very comfortable.
Disliked: We were on first floor with our dog which was convenient. Only problem was the noise starting before 5 am of children running around above us. And then the Saturday night parties until all hours.
