The staff was friendly and...
Liked: The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived. They were always ready to help with a smile, responded promptly to requests, and paid close attention to every detail to ensure a comfortable experience. Their genuine care and professionalism made a lasting impression.
Disliked: I was disappointed to find that the curtains were noticeably dirty, which affected the overall cleanliness of the room. Additionally, discovering a bug in the bed was quite unsettling and raised concerns about hygiene. I hope these issues can be addressed promptly to improve the experience for future guests.

Not great as I expected!
Liked: Breakfast was decent and staff very friendly if you spoke Spanish!
Disliked: There was a $28 per night parking fee due to the hotel’s proximity to Disneyland. We had no intentions on visiting Disney but due to the riots in LA this was a good choice. The parking spots were cramped even for a small SUV especially when oversized PU park adjacent.

Disliked: Parking was horrible, all the parking in the front of the building was closed off. And was hard to find parking unless you got to the hotel early. Did not see anything online that stated the parking fee was 28.00 per day. So that was an unexpected 60.00 on top of the 150.00 deposit they hold onto.
