Liked: They continued to charge my debt account and now owe me almost $2000.00
Disliked: They fraudulently charged my debt card and I spoke with severalOther customers where they did the same

Liked: Close to the hyway. Nice design. Manager was kind and said sorry many times.Good location
Disliked: The desk clerk was rude. The keys didn't work for building 2. Everyone had trouble getting in. I told the desk clerk the keys didn't work and she tossed three more at us. "here's five...are you happy now? They also didn't work. Breakfast was horrible. Coffee was empty. The kid in the kitchen was yelling at costumers "If you think you could do better, come back here" WOW, not the friendly way to treat guests. There was no coffee, no sugar, no orange juice, no plates, no napkins, the eggs were burnt, no sausage or bacon, no pancake machine, no pastries. Three stale hard as a rock beagles, rotten bannanas and no other fruit. The potato patties were cold, the french toast strips were cold and hard as a rock. When I asked about these terrible choices and or lack of choices, I was also yelled at by the kid in the kitchen. FIRE THIS CHILD! The pool was cloudy and dirty.

Will never come back here

Disliked: Everything , room smells carpet is dirty blankets and beds where all dirty and thin couldn’t even use the pool due to the pool guy starting chemicals late in the morning , staff was alll ghetto breakfast SUCKED
