Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Was there for six days and did not have a housekeeper how to use the same towels for about five days until we had to ask front desk for new ones blow dryer also did not work

Our stay was nice but...

Liked: Location was convenient. Rooms were spacious. Breakfast provided a nice variety . Front desk staff was very friendly
Disliked: Carpet in our room was very soiled. Shower curtain was hanging up backwards. There was no hand soap by the sink to wash hands.

Poor

Liked: I loved the pool area & the people were friendly & welcoming.
Disliked: My room was dirty, there was pee under the toilet, the door to the side mirror closet was broken. Hair all in the bed as if the sheet weren’t cleaned, hair all in the bathroom.

Liked: The size of our room
Disliked: The front desk receptionist was not very willing to help and I was overcharged!

Overall a good value, but...

Liked: The suite space was nice, the breakfast was a nice variety.
Disliked: The room temperature was 66 degrees and we couldn’t make it any warmer. Only option was to turn it off and then it got too warm and stuffy was freezing all night. The room should have been much cleaner, as they were long dark strands of hair on the shower wall and there was food crumbs under the desk and in front of the sofa.

Liked: The location was close to the event we were going to. I liked that there was a kitchenette
Disliked: Our first room didn’t lock, there wasn’t blankets or pillows available for the pullout couch. Which left our children without don’t first night . The floors were stained & sticky, the pool wasn’t “working” we were told would be open next day & again wasn’t available to use. We had to move rooms second night as toilet broke, our room smelt like urine which caused our belongings to also smell. People were outside our window late smoking pot which blew into our room . Our room was paid in full before we arrived and no compensation was given for the troubles we had.
