Disappointing

Liked: The size of our room
Disliked: The front desk receptionist was not very willing to help and I was overcharged!

Overall a good value, but...

Liked: The suite space was nice, the breakfast was a nice variety.
Disliked: The room temperature was 66 degrees and we couldn’t make it any warmer. Only option was to turn it off and then it got too warm and stuffy was freezing all night. The room should have been much cleaner, as they were long dark strands of hair on the shower wall and there was food crumbs under the desk and in front of the sofa.

Liked: The location was close to the event we were going to. I liked that there was a kitchenette
Disliked: Our first room didn’t lock, there wasn’t blankets or pillows available for the pullout couch. Which left our children without don’t first night . The floors were stained & sticky, the pool wasn’t “working” we were told would be open next day & again wasn’t available to use. We had to move rooms second night as toilet broke, our room smelt like urine which caused our belongings to also smell. People were outside our window late smoking pot which blew into our room . Our room was paid in full before we arrived and no compensation was given for the troubles we had.

Liked: The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Location is good. There’s no ice machines but the front desk person offered me some, which I appreciated. Check in was quick & easy. Staff was friendly. I appreciated the black out drapes.
Disliked: There was a hair in my bed when I went to climb in. The carpet had 2 white stains or spills on it in the bathroom. Bathroom cabinets are old and the finish is coming off. The floors just looked worn & dirty. I didn’t feel comfortable walking around without my shoes on. They may have been clean but the carpet looks so worn that it makes the whole room feel dirty. There was almost no toilet paper on the roll. There wasn’t any soap at the bathroom sink so I used the dish detergent.

Liked: The location was ok
Disliked: We didn't get any sleep because we had to sit on the couch all night. The bed had lumps under the sheet, so I raised the sheet to look, and the mattress had cotton knots all of it. You could even see it through the cover. I took pics and will be glad to show them. I did let staff know. It was horrible not to be able to sleep in a bed you paid for.
