Liked: Close to the Amtrak station and in walking distance to stores.
Disliked: Wifi was down and data service didn’t work well.

Liked: Room got cleaned regularly and housing keeping staff were very good
Disliked: Breakfast was very poor. You had a checklist to pick from but could only pick one item from any group. For example if you had juice you would not get tea or if you had eggs you would not get fruit etc. Unlike other hotels, there was no buffet breakfast.On checkout my deposit was taken for car park charges when I didn't have a car. I got this refunded after 3 weeks following several calls and email from the UK.

Disliked: Dated facilities and rooms, beds were just decent, didn’t like the overuse and strong smell of air fresheners which seemed to just cover up the musty smell in hallways and rooms, windows sealed shut limiting fresh air

Disliked: Expensive parking ,small rooms , no blankets for pull out couch, no soap in the soap bottle in the shower

Liked: Convenient and reasonable price. Comfortable room. Staff provided a shower chair at our request
Disliked: Pool water looked dirty with film and fuzz floating on top. Jacuzzi was signed as out of order although on our second day we saw it being used.

Excellent hotel, but needs a...

Liked: The continental breakfast was good and we could take it back to our room. The view we paid for was beautiful. I also like the fact that you needed your card to enter the hotel. It was close to San Francisco within a half an hour over the bridge.
Disliked: The continental breakfast was good but when I paid for breakfast I thought it was a full breakfast especially since it was the only choice. Also online there was no selection for parking and breakfast. The tub in our room was scary we thought we were going to fall because it dipped in and forward so when you soaped up in the shower it was extremely slippery. Also, no one told us that if we turned in our parking card before leaving the parking lot, we would be locked in. We went inside and he told us to push a button at the gate, but that button didn’t work. We had to wait for someone to come along and let us out. Staff was not very informative. When we say we paid for breakfast included don’t just hand me a continental ticket as if that is what I wanted since it just says breakfast online. Then explain how the parking works so we can get out of the secured lot.
