Very nice property, staff, and...

Liked: The staff was very friendly and courteous. I really appreciated the waiter who gave me a free coffee even though I didn’t buy breakfast.
Disliked: Only one small nit, the shower did not have enough bodywash.

I can see the bay...

Liked: Close to a variety of food and snack options.
Disliked: The only thing complimentary was the water in the lobby. The coffee ordered from the "cafe" downstairs was sub par and overpriced. We chose to go elsewhere for our actual meals.The hotel charged $158 on the card I left for a deposit without informing me why.The plumbing is horrible.The toilets barely flush. On one day we actually needed a plunger. It took three phone calls and 7 hours to get them to send maintenance up to fix it.I stayed there 5 days, and on the night before I left and into the last day, there was no running water. No flushing toilets and no showers.I came here because I just got out of the hospital and my family had to travel pretty far to be with me. I had hoped it would be comfortable for everyone. There were just several inconveniences and lack of transparency about what I am being charged for so I won't stay here again.
