Liked: Comfy bed; great customer service!
Disliked: Mold on bathroom tiles; room smelled like smoke; A/C unit would not shut off.

Great location - easy parking...

Liked: The location of the hotel is perfect. Very good parking facilities.
Disliked: Some of the male staff in the reception should really consider changing to another area than being in the hotel business - they didn’t seem to know the words smile and serviceminded. When we checked in no information was provided at all. The cleaning persons were very kind.
