We will definitely be back...
Liked: The location was near everything we planned to do. The room was very clean. Staff was nice. Water in the shower was very hot and we loved it.
Disliked: Parking wasn't free but it was affordable.

Disappointing

Disliked: 1. My room, no one show up to clean my room on my third day I had to stop one of the girls in the hallway and ask if they can clean my room.2. The Bartender who was talking bad about me for giving him a $5.00 dollar tip for 1 drink of for $10.83. On July 23, 2025 at Sonesta Hotel I left my room to go downstairs to grab a drink at the bar. At 9:05pm I asked the bartender to make me a drink something sweet after he finished making my drink I got up and went straight to my room. Later I came back downstairs to returned the glass then I went outside for a walk. When I came back into the lobby sat down on the couch while in the lobby area I can overhear the bartender (White Male about 50 to 60 of age tall about 5’9 or 6’0 feet. Telling others about me in a violent manner and also in an aggressive manner while disrespecting his job. I made a complaint at the front desk to the staff member. They took my room number and information and told me the owner or the manager or someone was going to contact me. It’s my first time at this hotel never been there before. I was very disappointed, I was very insulted by the way the bartender handle the situation. My last day was July 25, 2025 when I check out and still, no one contact me to ask me anything about what went down again. I can’t stress this enough when it comes to spending money at the places where people don’t take you serious. We are consumer should not feel uncomfortable when we spend our money it’s unacceptable.3. The principle of a business is to make sure your customers is up-to-date an everything you do in your business. One of the reason why I’m saying this was a reservation was made outside and no one told me about the reservation all I know that the staff member came up to me and told us I had to go inside to use the inside pool. Why should I go inside to use the inside pool because there was a reservation and the area is closed, she said, I was not aware it wasn’t an issue about the reservation.
