Extremely disappointing
Liked: The location was excellent, room was very clean.
Disliked: We had a great first Sonder experience in Ottawa over Christmas and expected the same. Firstly the price paid for the very small room was not worth it. The price was 3xtimes Ottawa and nothing more than price gouging due to a major conference in Toronto. Secondly woken every morning by the underground trains starting at 5 am. Thirdly every time some person left the Sonder the noise of the doors closing was very loud in the basement. My wife intended to stay for a few days but left after the first night.

Pleasant
Liked: Location was really good. Staff on the phone was easy to communicate with.
Disliked: There was a homeless person sleeping at the front entrance when I attempted to go back to the hotel and I had to wait 30+min to even gain access back to the hotel. The rooms are not sound proof so it was very loud at night. The rooms were also quite damp.

Very clean, great location, good...
Liked: Great location, located right across Wellesley subway station. Very responsive staff whenever I messaged with any questions. Comfortable bed and clean, exactly what we needed for a two night stay in the city.
Disliked: Even though we stayed in the winter, the room was so hot. Couldn't get the air conditioner to work or any airflow in the room (our room was the small double room basement unit). I had to sleep without any of the blankets in order to make it tolerable. Also couldn't get any cold water to come out of the sink to fill up my water bottle, so was very difficult to cool down. I ended up taking a few cold showers while I was in the room because I was getting so hot. There was also no fridge in the room to keep any drinks or anything else cold
