Great location.

Disliked: It's hard to control the temperature of water in the shower.

Relatively inexpensive room, very small...

Liked: 'Check-in' was a breeze, I had my room key pre-setup on my phone and just walked in and right up to my room. It felt like a cross between a traditional hotel and an airbnb. I think its pretty decent value for being very central in downtown Toronto.
Disliked: Steam from the shower sets off the smoke alarm if you leave the bathroom door open, but that was the only annoyance I encountered. If you close the door and turn the fan on then you'll be fine. Also wouldn't hurt to add a couple extra hooks on the wall since there is no closet.

Great place but expensive

Liked: The convenience of the location. Did feel very welcoming. Liked the keyless entry.
Disliked: It's mostly the cost. For what it was I don't feel that it was an appropriate price, however it is in downtown Toronto and with the way the world is not much that can be done about it

It was a nice place,...

Liked: The apartment was nice and clean, easy access except my key code didn?t work at first, turned out that I needed to move the handle before punching in the code to activate the keypad or something. The location was good, bedroom was nice, shower was nice, ac worked! Lots of towels and toiletries available in the room. I didn?t spend too much time in the room but this was a nice and comfortable place to sleep during my stay in Toronto.
Disliked: I thought the bedroom size was a bit small, however it was fine for me travelling solo. Unfortunately I could hear ppl stomping around in the suite above my room, the floors aren?t soundproof. As well, you can hear the train running below. These things weren?t too much of a bother and are part of city living but wouldn?t recommend for anyone who is a light sleeper.

I would recommend this hotel...

Liked: The location was perfect. The instructions for the check in and check out were simple and easy to follow. I love how easy the phone application was to use. They reply quickly to any questions you may have. I 100% recommend
Disliked: The only bad things I would to say about the room would be internet but then again we were not here for the internet. The AC would sometimes turn off.

Really bad

Liked: The location is great and I think this is the only positive aspect of this property. You get the A/C, TV, and tea and coffee which you can prepare with the provided amenities.
Disliked: Basically, this is not a hotel. It is more like a bed and breakfast without breakfast. There is no reception and no staff; you get the code that you use to enter the building, storage room, and your room.I spent 3 nights in room 101, a room that is located in the basement. It has just one small window which means that whenever you are in the room, you will have to turn the lights on because that small window does not provide sufficient light. The room is really, really small and it lacks some of the basic stuff to make your stay more convenient like a table or chair... You can hear sounds from the hallway or from the other rooms, during the night light from the hallway is coming through the doors. Each time some of the other guests flush their toilets or they leave the water running in the sink - you can hear the water running through the pipes in the walls. The subway station is located nearby and you can hear the train passing every couple of minutes. There is no place in the bathroom to hang the wet towels. Even though the place did seem clean at first, after I spent some time in the room I noticed that it was actually not properly cleaned: there was dust on the shelf and on the wardrobe, booger on the wall (I know that you cannot paint over the room before a new guest arrives, but you could at least remove it from the wall), I also found some old sock near the bed which means to me that the room was not vacuumed at all (if it was, then I am sure that this dirty old sock would not have been there anymore).I would definitely not book this place again. There are other properties nearby that cost pretty much the same as this one and I do not feel like this is a good value for money option.

was okay, could have been...

Liked: very comfortable bed, clean room, coffee machine in the room, staff was very helpful in the chat
Disliked: it smelled very bad in the corridor (like cat poo), no window to open in the room so you couldn?t let fresh air in, wasn?t easy to use AC due to connection problem, very bad and slow Wifi, poor light in the room!
