Disliked: In case of any problems, you can only contact them by SMS. Nobody will reply by phone. The toilet water flush was defect during my 10 days stay!The assigned room was extremely hot, and the provided ventilation fan was extremely noisy!The access to the essential store was also blocked for many days. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this accommodation.

Disappointing
Liked: You can rich Thames and a bus stop by walk in 10 minutes.There are bar and coffee shop near the building. There was no suitcase locker but staff let us leave our luggage in the room before 4:00 pm.
Disliked: It's not hotel. It's a rental room.We went on June. The room air was extremely hot and there was only a fan. The windows even could not be fully opened. There was no air circulation in the room.

A bit expensive for the...
Liked: The area is quiet, there were no parties in the pub downstairs at the time I was there. It’s a 15-20 min walk to Westminster Abbey, so it’s pretty central. The self check-in and check-out is very easy and clear.
Disliked: The room had a smell, it was probably from the sewage system in the bathroom. The bathroom was not the cleanest, there was some hair in the sink and the shower. The bed is also not the most comfortable.

Liked: Location, comfort of bed, ease of access directions, overall cleanliness and the hot water!
Disliked: The rooms needs air conditioning. While the fan was welcome AC should be considered. The rooms would benefit from the inclusion of a small table with two chairs. The windows need to be cleaned on the outside! They were filthy.

Liked: The room was very clean, it was located a short walking distance from the main London attractions.
Disliked: The process of reservation required verification of identity via American website. Even after taking photos of my passport and my self it needed further re verification by the American team. This process took extremely long time and I had to send several emails and messages to receive my access details. I received the access details just before my journey. It was the most frustrating booking of a hotel I have ever done.

Disliked: The process of pre-arrival verification was very complicated; the link didn't work, the help line staff tried to help, but it took about two hours to sort it out.
