Liked: Location, comfort of bed, ease of access directions, overall cleanliness and the hot water!
Disliked: The rooms needs air conditioning. While the fan was welcome AC should be considered. The rooms would benefit from the inclusion of a small table with two chairs. The windows need to be cleaned on the outside! They were filthy.

Liked: The room was very clean, it was located a short walking distance from the main London attractions.
Disliked: The process of reservation required verification of identity via American website. Even after taking photos of my passport and my self it needed further re verification by the American team. This process took extremely long time and I had to send several emails and messages to receive my access details. I received the access details just before my journey. It was the most frustrating booking of a hotel I have ever done.

Disliked: The process of pre-arrival verification was very complicated; the link didn't work, the help line staff tried to help, but it took about two hours to sort it out.

Liked: Comfortable bed, nice products.
Disliked: The room was very hot, no luggage lockers, not enough tea bags and milk.

Interesting staffless option. Not bad...

Liked: Decent room with no aircon but large floor fan full on and window open when arrived made it tolerable. Room was large as was bed, which was great, great shower. No staff at all which was an odd feeling at first but no particular need for them I suppose as security was fine. Great TV.
Disliked: As no staff were in evidence I did not request room be cleaned over my stay and when returning generally room was too hot as I had not left windows open and floor fan on full blast.

Comfy bed, soft towels, complicated...

Liked: The room was clean and quiet. Decent amount of space, comfy bed, good shower, soft towels.
Disliked: An overly convoluted check-in process and no response from staff when I couldn't make it work. Recommend making sure you have everything before you leave, rather than trying to work it our at their front door.
