Liked: Felt very secure. Good location. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Liked: -Great location - close to metro, railway station, downtown, grocery in the building.-fully equipped as a usual apartment, everything of good quality.-clean inside.- 24 hours digital access.
Disliked: - noise. it seemed like somebody was washing drying every night. Air-climate system is strange, it turned on regularly and almost blew me out. And of cause it was extremely noisy. Sometimes something turned on at the night and the whole apartment vibrating.- Everybody in the street can see you inside. Curtains are very helpful.- A street is narrow but quite busy. You can see tracks roofs in front of you.- Homeless people around. One of them had breakfast on the stairs to the hotel, left a lot of garbage and then nobody cleaned up after him.

Liked: Convenient location near St Patrick Station. It is also ~15min walking distance to Chinatown and CF Eaton Centre where all the shopping and multiple cuisine eateries are located at.
Disliked: No elevators available on the premise, and the stairs' steps are very high - making the moving of medium-to-large sized luggages tedious.

Liked: Very good location and comfortable apartment
Disliked: This property took the money out of my account 6 months ahead of time without warning even though it was on a free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.

Shocking customer service. Stay away.

Disliked: They cancelled my reservation as I was taking the taxi to the hotel from the airport! I rang and was told I was a high risk client, and they couldn't change their mind. Absolutely worse customer service ever. I booked another hotel no problem and stayed there.

Liked: Location was walkable to hospital and downtown. Building was quiet. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking real meals. Hasty market downstairs was convenient. Easy access instructions.
Disliked: Uncomfortable and worn couch for sitting! The only area that wasn't impeccably clean was the ceiling fan in the bathroom which was furry with dust and dirt. Took a long time to get hot water from taps.

Superb

Liked: Very central location, easy to walk everywhere. The apartment was new and very well equipped. There were supplies for breakfast such as coffee and teas.
Disliked: The bedroom was next to the aircon engine so there was a constant buzzing that could be noisy at night. The bed was smaller than expected. Also the TV had very limited available programmes.

Comfortable accommodation in Downtown Toronto

Liked: Location was very handy to downtown (20 min walk to Union Station and CN Tower), and the facility feels secure. Kitchen equipment is in good condition. There is a Handy Mart next door and a diner across the road for breakfast and lunch. Communication from Sonder was very good, with fast response to online queries.
Disliked: Flooring is a little worn (vinyl and also the carpet).
