Amazing, will definitely be back....

Liked: One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The whole process from booking to check in to check out was seamless. We got to LA a bit early and our check in time wasn't due till 4pm but they let us check into a room a few hours early (we were also able to use their bag lockers whilst we went for a walk to the beach). Rooms were clean, up to date and comfy. The staff were super friendly and very accomodating to any requests we had. The heated pool and spa were an amazing feature. The hotel is located in a perfect spot, right near the beach and a brief walk away from Santa Monica pier. Plenty of food and shopping in the area. Will be back soon!

Liked: Location was good, right near the Santa Monica Pier and a lot of restaurants and bars. Room was clean and spacious, staff was nice.
Disliked: Private parking near the hotel was not included nor free. And the cost is not specified in the hotel description. I think 50 dollars a day is definitely too much.

Liked: Love the architecture, it’s beautiful building. The old elevator is an experience in itself.
