Liked: It is 100-200 meters from the beach, with a very good location, close to the parking garage and shops.
Disliked: There is no option for breakfast, but it can be easily arranged in the area.

Nice location and good room

Liked: The hotel location is great. The room is spacious and has what you need. It is clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I had difficulty reserving through booking and tried with the hotel who said I can’t reserve 1 night only. Upon arriving at 3:20 pm they said we have to wait till 4. They had a coffee machine that didn’t work. We went to restrooms to change to go to the beach instead of waiting and it wasn’t clean at all. No parking and they suggested one nearby for $40. There is a Collins garage and this was more convenient.

Cute hotel in central area

Liked: The room was big, very clean and comfortable!In a central location! King-size bed!!!The reception was very helpful.
Disliked: Communication with Sonder was not good. They didn't respond to messages, and there was generally no service because the reservation was made through Booking.com. When i called them about hotel-related issues, they told me to call Booking.com since that’s where i made the reservation! Absurd!!!Overall, the experience was good, but I mentioned this issue only for them to improve in this area.

Liked: Perfect location, steps away from the beach. Joe & the juice is right next door- very conveniently located.The room was spacious and so was the shower. Everything was clean.
Disliked: Water cooler was out of order during my stay so I couldn’t refill my water bottle.Very thin walls. I could hear people talking in other rooms as if they were in the same room with me.

Disliked: The thin wall and the noise people walking around non stop. No cable tv or local channel available and have to use apps to watch tv.

Liked: The room deco and fury other is all new. Love the chrome cast in the tv.
Disliked: Nobody cleaned my room during the three nights I stayed. There was no door sign to “make my room” or whatever. I don’t think it can qualify as a 4 stars hotel as it’s quite basic in termsOf amenities. It’s also quite noise you can hear voices from all other rooms.

Great hotel, small but perfect...

Liked: The Abbey is a really great hotel: small but perfect for the price and location. The rooms are a good size for 2 people, clean, very quiet, feel like home, bed is comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant or room service, but there are plenty of places for breakfast and dinner nearby. The location is excellent, beautiful area, near a wonderful beach. Special thanks to the entire front desk team. Every person from the team was very kind, helpful and professional. I would like to return to the same hotel on my next trip. Love it.
