Liked: I didn’t get to stay here they canceled my booking! Found out hours before I was suppose to arrive due to new management!
Disliked: Horrible people. Canceled my booking, customer service is a joke! Didn’t offer to help with new accommodations or anything. Trying to get a refund so I could go to another hotel was NOT an option! Not for like 7-10 days missed a whole day of activities trying to figure this all out!

Liked: Our booking was cancelled out of the blue not long before we were due to stay and we were left with no booking and had to pay more money for another property as check in was close

Liked: I loved the facilities. Could have been closer to shops and restaurants.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the beds weren’t remade everyday and the bed was a little small.
