Very small hotel room with...

Disliked: Extremely bad customer service. I was in a business meeting with work, and suddenly the fire alarm rings extremely loud. I go down to the reception and they tell me they are just testing the fire alarm. She mentions i should have received a notice. I look at my phone and see that i received a notice 2 MINUTES before the fire alarm rang. It was extrmely loud for many minutes, and i had to cancel my meeting and find another place to work outside the hotel. While my ears were now hurting after this extremely loud sound. I talked to the manager and he said he would contact me the next day with the compensation they will provide due to this situation. He never contacted me. He said he would 100% send me an email before 10pm the next day. And now its been +48 hours later and still nothing from him. Im never gonna stay in this hotel again. Also, it is ridiculous how much personal info the hotel wants from you before you are allowed to stay at their hotel. And their hotel is not even so nice, it is very small. And with bad customer service.
