Disappointed!

Liked: The location was very good
Disliked: Breakfast was not very good and couldn’t have a hot drink in the evening. I said about this and was told “you have tea and coffee in your room” I actually don’t drink coffee and the only available tea was camomile or earl grey, which is also something we don’t drink. When we came to leave “Henry” said you can’t have breakfast because you haven’t paid for it, luckily I printed all my booking details which proved we had. But in my honest opinion I think he was rather rude how he spoke to us. I for one will NOT be staying here again and I shall say as much when I write my TripAdvisor review. On the whole it was at best rather disappointing! I have added a few examples of breakfast (if you can call it that) and tables left with dirty crockery

Liked: Very close to metro station. Good working air conditioning.

Liked: The location
Disliked: The property needs serious renovation, the lift is faulty and water was licking from the AC on the moquette non stop. Also, the toilet was stuck to the shower, with no space to move.

Liked: The attention of the lady who was this day June 14, she was very professional, and kind. Please forgive me for not remember her name, she was from Andalusia Spain.

Disliked: Lack of flexibility to accommodate a booking change or refund well in advance. Fixated on policy application rather than customer loyalty and satisfaction.
