Good base for Toronto

Liked: Location and clean room
Disliked: Consistent messages via booking dot com, the Sonder app and email. I have literally been plagued with messages for weeks in the run up to the stay and then after. The messages are confusing. I would suggest you stop this as it actually took away from the stay.

Beautiful place and free luggage...

Liked: Very comfortable and clean room. Location is good, although the city is big and so there is no one central location to see it all. We really appreciated the free luggage storage on site since our flight home wasn't until 5pm.We loved the taco & sushi bar right next to Sonder (The Haam). It was excellent.
Disliked: Trying to use the app to get assistance. We needed some supplies like TP, coffee, towels, etc since we were there 4 days.

Liked: Great location, good sized room, quiet, comfortable
Disliked: No service. We were informed that there was daily 'refresh' service to change towels and empty garbage ... oh, except at this location. When we finally reached someone by 'chat' we were informed that daily service, while available, was not available at this location. Also it had to be requested. I requested it and they said that the app had to be downloaded and requested on that. Why for one night do we add another app? When I asked for a number to speak with someone to make arrangements I was informed that there was only a general number to callSite service was virtually non-existent. If we wanted this experience we would book an Airbnb....this is a hotel after all.
