It was a nice stay.

Liked: Good location and confortable room.
Disliked: They should change de picture advertised on booking because it shows a room with a street view and our room was at rear facing an office building. Not good

Nice place to spend 3-4...

Liked: Nice room, great location.Gave extra duvet upon request. Fully equipped room
Disliked: Room cleaning is an extra charging and it is not mentioned anywhere.

Good location, comfortable and well-priced.

Liked: Great location, comfortable and sizeable room and had everything that we needed. We had a small issue on our first morning with the shower not draining properly but after a quick and short conversation with a member of the team through the app all was sorted whilst we were out exploring - including providing additional towels. I would note that the Sonder is not a traditional hotel (closer to a home rental) and so guests should expect this!
Disliked: The location was noisy on one night but nothing that stopped our sleep. We could also hear when the room below us moved their blinds which was a bit spooky but didn't happen too often.

Liked: Convenient location and access to room.
Disliked: Very noisy street, housekeeping is not free (regardless of duration of stay), uncomfortable mattress, and not spotless clean (hairs on towels).

Great place

Liked: Incredibly easy check in/checkout, SUPER quick response time from them, great facilities, great location close to everything and felt very luxe
Disliked: Pretty pricey, but I guess the facilities and location matches the price.
