Liked: Fantastic location. Very clean, great vibe.
Disliked: There is a lot of space available for a small fridge under the desk area. More hooks/towel bar. We sent a message to the text that we received, asking if we could leave our backpacks there for a couple of hours as our flight was delayed...have never had a response...overall, we will certainly stay there again.

Liked: It was really well located and the room was simple but it was everything I needed.
Disliked: It wasn’t well insulated and I could clearly hear people in the other rooms.

Quirky city centre hotel with...

Liked: The room was well furnished with a comfortable bed, a fridge, hair dryer, desk, chair, iron and ironing board. The bath was very deep and unsuitable for elderly guests but we had no trouble with it. We liked the chocolates provided as an apology for a false fire alarm one morning! The entry code worked fine from the e-mail we received before arriving.Traffic noise was no problem but we were on the fourth floor. If you're a light sleeper I'd request either room one or five on any floor as these face a wall at the side rather than the road! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful when they appeared.
Disliked: There was no privacy in the room once the curtains were open as there was an office block across the road and no net curtains. A note on the wall said earplugs and a white noise machine were provided but we couldn't find either. The big glass door to the bathroom was very heavy (again bad for oldies). The attendance of staff in reception was unpredictable.
