Comfortable, clean and amazing tub!
Liked: Walkable to everything. Clean and the property was quiet, but the street was quite noisy.
Disliked: The coffee maker was confusing, and a small fridge would have been nice.

Very good
Liked: Location: right in the commercial area, close to a lot of nice eateries and restaurantsRoom: overall is comfortable, as pictures shownLuggage storage: pre-check in and post-check out self-serve, very convenient Staff: although non-staffed, response via app chat is fairly efficient (even on a Sunday)View: nice street view
Disliked: Bathroom: if you want to shower without wetting your hair, I doubt even shower caps will do the job because the shower head is installed on the ceiling. I can't find the switch for the ventilation fan.Privacy: need to shut the curtains because it is just opposite to an office building with people workingAir con: because of the full height glass window, it could be a little greenhouse during the day if curtains are drawn but quite cool at night

Superb
Liked: Jerome checked us in because I hadn't download the App.yet. super friendly and helpful
Disliked: The shower was so slippery I had to put down a towel. Adjusting the shower hot water was terrible. Almost couldn't be done.

It was ok. Feels more...
Liked: I booked the King Suite - the bed was big, as was the room in general. I liked that there was no staff, it made for a very simple easy check-in. The bath tub was huge, however I did not get a chance to use it.
Disliked: One of the first things I noticed was the late check-in time. Compared to most hotels I’ve stayed at internationally, access to the room felt delayed—especially after a long day of travel. With check-in at 4 PM and checkout at 11 AM, it felt like poor value for the price I paid. When I did get to the room, I found the cleanliness was not good. The bathroom grout wasn’t wasn't maintained and the room overall felt like it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. That made it difficult to fully relax. The most disappointing part, however, was the view. The room directly faced a large window in an industrial building, with people visibly working inside. This setup offered zero privacy and very, very little light, making the space feel dark and closed-in. I couldn’t even open the blinds without being in full view of the strangers working below, or the tenants above. I strongly feel this should be disclosed upon booking. I understand it can't be helped, but I wouldn't have paid extra for a nicer room if I was aware. Overall, I was looking for a hotel stay for my birthday, but I feel like this is a space better suited for people looking to crash somewhere in the city.
