Room is a mix between...
Liked: Location
Disliked: No window, overpriced, no amenities, extremely small room. Hand prints all over bathroom and closet doors.

Great location, excellent value for...
Liked: Location was great. Easy access to all main areas of Toronto, plus plenty of places to eat. 15 min walk to the CN tower. 20 mins to the water front. 15 mins walk to the Eaton centre if you like shopping! Cafe downstairs were amazing - not related to the hotel though. Room though compact had everything that we needed. Little note was a nice added touch.
Disliked: Confusion on how to get into the room. As we had no access to a phone - from the UK, couldn?t contact the number given to ring. Luckily the staff in the cafe were amazing and allowed us to use their mobile phone so we could ring the number. Would have been nice for someone to be there when we arrived.

Liked: location is great, middle of the center, loads of shops and bars / restaurants in walking distance. The price is alright for the area, but honestly I would have gladly paid a bit more for a room that had a bit more space
Disliked: the room was tiny, the WiFi hardly worked, and if you wanted cleaning you could book it for an additional 40 dollars. Also; the toilets water started running (like filling the tank) at random times and would make noise if anyone else on the floor used theirs. I wouldn?t recommend people to spend a few more bucks and get a real hotel

Good hotel, very small rooms
Liked: The location is great, lots of things in walking distance: Shopping, sports arenas, tourist sites, restaurants and bars. The area can be sketchy but I felt pretty safe walking around alone late at night.I was sent an email with access code for the front door and my room around check in time. Code worked with no issue. Wifi info also sent. TV has streaming service you can log into your accounts with a check out date. FYI - They use a Roku device, "Live" tv was 3 channels with poor reception, you have to go to Roku channels to get live TV. It's not intuitive if you don't use streaming services. The bed was very comfortable and the shower hot with good pressure.
Disliked: As far as I could tell there was no elevator. I carried my carry-on up a flight of stairs. My room didn't have a window, maybe I didn't read the fine print but that was weird. It was fairly quiet from street noise (no window) but slamming doors could be heard at all hours.I wouldn't stay here as a couple/with a friend, the rooms are that small. The toilet was facing the bed and maybe 3 feet away. There is a door to close but no vent or real privacy. The sink is 2 feet away from the bed. The was no luggage rack to put your suitcase on so mine was on the floor and in the way. There are drawers to put clothes in but I don't really unpack like that when I travel. Is it worth it compared to more traditional hotels near by.... I'm not sure. I'd rather have more space.

Superb
Liked: Very responsive staff
Disliked: The window was facing the wall and still 200 dollars per night for such a small place :(
