Great location, reasonably priced -...

Liked: Easy to access. Large room. Nice location, good transport links. Didn't use the lounge, but nice to have the option! App was really easy to use when I had a question re check-out. Very clean and well-maintained.
Disliked: Shower water pressure was poor, not a deal breaker but disappointing. The room was really hot, the ceiling fan didn't do much! The windows only open 10cm (understandable safety measure). Small point but would prefer a chair with a back, for the desk, than a stool! Bed wasn't the most comfortable, but not the worst I've encountered.

Liked: Convenient location, clean and relatively cheap.
Disliked: We had to pay upfront non refundable. Then we were informed that we had to provide a lot of personal information which seemed unnecessary and we were not comfortable in doing so.In the end we were able to check in at the hotel as normal but we should have been informed of this before we were charged.

Great hotel in a great...

Liked: The breakfast was lovely, no meat options but I didn’t really mind. Self service coffee at all times which was great. Beds were really comfortable and it was a great price for the location. Would stay again!
Disliked: Limited plug sockets in the room but a minor thing, would still recommend!

Exceptional

Liked: Its location is 10/10. Less then a minute from Hyde park and the bus stop is just at the top of the street.
Disliked: Nothing!!

Liked: Staff very helpful, excellent location, clean and contemporary style.
Disliked: Coud be a little fridge in the room. Also a pen and little notebook.

Lovely stay

Liked: The hotel was very homely with a historical soul, perfect for minimalist travelers like us. The room was beautiful and clean, everything we needed was there. The breakfast was very good - delicious pastries, fresh fruit, good coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, luxurious yogurt - yum yum. And the hotel's location was great!
Disliked: There was a bit of noise coming into the room and the ventilation was weak, but that's understandable for a historic house.

Liked: The hotel is great, well furnished, clean, well maintained, the staff are nice, and they have all the little things you wouldn’t think about to make your stay more pleasant.
