Liked: Convenient location, just about 20 to 30 minutes to all the major parks (Universal, Disney, erc) depending on traffic; loved the "self" concept as in no need to check in and check out, no keys just a code, the app was super useful to have before arriving, very large room, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The mattress could have been a little less lumpy and I could have used a safe in the room to store some personal effects.

Disliked: Bathroom was not very clean. There were stray hairs everywhere. There was a lot of noise from other guests and the room doors were loud. I could hear neighbors coming in and out

Liked: The room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. Easy to access. Instructions were clear. No need to interact with staff.
Disliked: Shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were very small and limited. We only got one small bottle for three people for 4 days.
