Would recommend

Liked: We loved the majority of our experience. Easy access and check-in to our room. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was great having access to fresh linen/towels when needed. Great location for Disney parks.We would definitely stay again given the opportunity.
Disliked: It would have been better if there was more light in the room, perhaps a ceiling light.Unfortunately, we were disappointed that the pool closed for a couple of days on Easter weekend and the hot tub which closed for extra day!

Excellent place to stay in...

Liked: It was the best hotel I've ever had in the US for its price. Very clean, new building, well designed spacious room. Very clean and neat. Online check-in was unusual, but it was quite easy. If you need help, there is always someone at reception. When I noticed my TV remote didn't work, I went to the reception and they helped me. The girl at the reception went away for a couple of minutes, I thought nobody was around and called their support. Support was fast and it seemed they could also help, but the reception girl came back and replaced batteries in my TV. So, if you have any questions, it seems their support can really help.
Disliked: Nothing.

Hotel was not a negative...

Liked: No breakfast was available at our location
Disliked: 6 day stay and never was offered a cleanup/fresh towels ie. Ameneties.

Liked: Location is good. Staff is friendly and parking is great
Disliked: The A/C unit is inside the room, blowing air directly to your face and making lots of noise

Disliked: Lack of lighting, thin walls (could hear neighbouring rooms easily), water pressure in the shower was low
