We did enjoy the hotel...

Liked: The hotel was well situated, clean and confortable with a great swimming pool Area .
Disliked: There was 4 of us and when we arrived we only had one bed . When reported to reception they simply handed me a bag of bedding and told me to use the sofá bed and explained how to pull it out. I never thought I would be making mine own beds

Great place to stay for...

Liked: The room was a great size for the price. Plenty of places to sit down. The restroom was a nice size. Nice to have the microwave and refrigerator. TV was also a nice size. All in all had a great time. Great place close to every thing.
Disliked: TV remote battery cover kept falling off. some of the USB plugs did not work. But enough of them in the room to make it efficient. Other then that no complaints. I would stay there again. And or recommend to friends and family. One other thing the enterence could use some curd appeal maybe more plants, trees and some color lighting. Front sign could be a little Bigger and more inviting. Loved my stay thanks. GOD BLESS..

I had a great (cheap!)...

Liked: I stayed at Sonder Cirrus for 13 days in May and had a genuinely enjoyable experience. The room with two queen beds and bathroom were clean and thoughtfully arranged. I really appreciated the thoughtful extras provided (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and a selection of teas and coffees) - all very welcome touches that made the stay more comfortable.The air conditioning was easy to use and cooled the room down quickly, which was perfect for the Florida heat. I also really enjoyed the pool area - it was large and well laid out, with lots of loungers. The location was another big plus, conveniently close to shops and everything else you might need.
Disliked: 1. It wasn’t obvious where to find extra towels at reception. They were inside cupboards or sideboards, but there were no signs, and I felt a bit awkward opening unmarked storage areas.2. The app's information about the water refill station was a little misleading - the image suggests a large office-style cooler, but it’s actually a standard water fountain in reception.3. There were no clear instructions on where or when to leave used towels for collection.4. The pool hours listed on the app didn’t match the signage by the pool itself (the app said it closed at 10pm, but the sign said 11pm).5. Understandably, an open-air pool in Florida will attract bugs, but I was surprised there wasn’t an automated pool cleaner running regularly to help manage this. It got to a point where you couldn't swim without running into a large amount of them floating on the surface.6. It would be helpful to have ice buckets available for guests using the ice machine - we wanted to use it but had no convenient way to carry ice back to the room.7. Lastly, while the duvets were comfortable, they looked very lumpy when we first arrived. It didn’t affect sleep quality, but it was a bit off-putting visually at first glance.8. The only window in your room faces the walkways, and everyone tends to look in the windows as they walk past, so for the most part, we had the curtains shut. It would be greatly improved if Sonder installed a less sheer second curtain or vinyl half-window film to provide privacy.
