Disappointing

Liked: The location and the breakfast room
Disliked: The challenges in checking in through the app/ and the apatic help of the people at the check in! The breakfast staff also not friendly or helpful at all. The bathroom toilets was full of stains and old! This was not to be expected for what we payed!

The location was brilliant and...

Liked: The location is fantastic and the staff were helpful and the rooms were simple and clean.
Disliked: Access to the rooms via codes did not work. We got locked out two or three times. The breakfast/lounge area was tired. We didn’t have our room cleaned but later discovered you have to pay a supplement.

Terrible international booking site and...

Liked: Location and quirky. A young man called Wes was very helpful when we arrived.
Disliked: Air conditioning unit outside room, shower over a bath - and we had requested walk in shower. Lounge area dominated my young woman on lap top running a training course, concerns expressed by residents but no action taken. Very poor value for money

Great place to stay in...

Liked: While we did book a larger suite we did not expect to be treated to a studio this spacious, with a huge bedroom, very large bath room with separate shower and bath tub, walk in closet and separate kitchen, a true luxury for accommodations in London in this price range. The free breakfast offered a nice, if limited selection, but we felt it was a very nice bonus. The location is fantastic and at this price and great deal!
Disliked: The whole property, while clean and designed with an eye to blending old and new, felt a bit worn and in need of a bit of a refresh. On the other hand, this being London, is was far better than most in this price range, and it also gave the whole place a charme that anyone who loves London can appreciate.
