Liked: Clean friendly staff and great location walking distance to everything!!!
Disliked: My room was cold, there is no heating But the thick comforter helped lol

Liked: The location of the hotel is very nice with lots of nice restaurants and bars close by.
Disliked: The hotel is very noisy. Here the noise from outdoors is not the problem but the poor construction of the building itself makes you hear everything happening in the lobby (door bell, people talking etc). Also our room looked way more spacious in the pictures online than it actually was.

Major issues, poor communication. I...
Liked: The location is great. The decor of the main area is generally quite nice.
Disliked: The stay was disastrous. We had zero hot water for four days (the entirety of our stay). Not mildly warm but freezing cold water in a cold, dark downstairs room.For about 36 hours, we had no running water at all and had to pour bottled water over ourselves in the shower.The toilet lost its flush function after day one, only coming back the morning of day four, making the bathroom smell really bad.We were told there were water issues in the area, which is understandable, but we’re unsure how every other establishment we visited seemed to have no issue for four days.The worst part was the zero communication from the hotel. We kept having to report our issues via the online chat, to be told it would be fixed without any real time frames. If there are major issues, you need to be straight up and communicate this with guests on arrival, not wait for them to find out. I paid $300+ USD for the stay, and was offered an unacceptable $80USD for a refund, which I still haven’t received any confirmation about.

Good location, bit underwhelming room.
Liked: Location was great
Disliked: Placed wasnt as clean as I would have expected and was a bit noisy at the front. Room was smaller than the pictures. Not cleaning the room and asking you to take out your own rubbish and buy anything you might need to restock with felt a bit strange. Def more like an airbnb with a security guard than a hotel.
