Amazing staff made the stay...

Liked: The staff were absolutely the best! Their professionalism and friendliness made a big difference. There's a lady at the reception—unfortunately, I can't remember her name—but she was especially helpful and very professional. The team is a major reason I would choose this hotel again.
Disliked: The facilities could use a bit of improvement to match the excellent service from the staff.

Not worth the money! It...

Liked: Location and cleanliness
Disliked: It is not worth the const - it is not a 4 stars hotel! For example no proper shampoo or condition! No phone to call reception if needed! We had to go downstairs to collect our towels!

Liked: Very central to all the centre of Barcelona. Very comfortable bed, had a great sleep every night. Roof top terrace for breakfast was very unique. Close to the metro and all of the tourist attractions. 5 minute walk to Aerobus drop off and pick up.

Great location

Liked: The hotel's location is definitely its prime selling point. Casa Luz is conveniently located at Placa de Catalunya, making it central to many of Barcelona's attractions. It's easy walking distance from Las Ramblas, the Pedrera, Casa Bautllo, and many others. For those who like to walk, the entire city is easily accessible from this location. For those who don't, the metro and rail access are minutes and meters away. Staff are super friendly as well.
Disliked: Several listed amenities were not in fact provided in the room. These included conditioner and ironing facilities, both which were regrettable absences, given this was a business trip. The AC in the room didn't seem to be working adequately, though all indicators on the control suggested it was on. That made it hard to sleep at night. We didn't try the hotel breakfast because it seemed a lot more expensive than nearby cafe options.

Charm and a great location!

Liked: Lovely charm to the building but also right in the heart of the city. Multiple metro stations nearby to get me everywhere I wanted to go. Very enjoyable and comfortable stay!

Liked: For my first time in Barcelona this property suited my needs well…I liked the staff the most! And also the boutique nature of the property!
Disliked: Nothing
