Liked: staff were incredibly friendly - the rooms had aircon, and were very comfy. thick walls so we had a nice and quiet sleep, really easy to book with the app. and a great location !

Liked: Very friendly, welcoming, and responsive staff. The room was cute with a comfortable bed and entirely digital keys w/ access codes made entry easy but also secure. Quiet neighborhood.
Disliked: The hotel is two buildings, one is an annex. During my two night stay, my room in the annex did not have working wifi, it was down. Staff was kind and understanding about the issue but ultimately there was nothing that could be done at the time and that's a dealbreaker as a remote "worker" / screen addict. I ran out my eSIM data plan while there.The rainfall shower head in my bathroom was leaky and if the faucet was not turned just-the-right-perfect-exact-way then water sprayed out the coupling/adapter onto the ceiling and over the top of the shower door onto the floor and the toilet. Silly mess.10-15 minute walk to any of the nearest tube stations.

Liked: Being given a room on the top floor out the back despite booking a long way in advance was not great because I have a large suitcase, having travelled from Australia for a month.
