Disliked: The constant emails, log ins, app downloads, super long door codes. no room cleaning for 5 days!!

Disliked: It was fine, 15/20 minute walk to tube stations, quiet neighborhood but hotel was very loud. We were in the basement and an outdoor metal staircase was right over our room and extremely noisy with people in and out. No drinking water available for the two days we were there as they had “run out”.

Disliked: Facilities could have been better eg fridge was not cold enough.

Liked: It was clean and comfortable, basic but functional.
Disliked: Fridge was off and only two tea bags bit stingy I thought. Take your own if like me you like your cup of tea in the mornings.

Liked: Very clean and location was excellent. The staff interactions were good.
Disliked: We were on the top floor and with no lift, this was a bit difficult. It was also very warm.

Liked: It was a very nice hotel, clean, spare, functional, easy on the eye. Close to Camden, within reach of everything else, be it by bike or train or foot. The staff were helpful and friendly.
