Great location and value

Liked: The location was perfect and there was lots of great places to eat and grab a drink near by
Disliked: It wasn't a personable as i would have liked, but it was a great value.

Lovely apartment no onsite staff...

Liked: It was clean and spacious
Disliked: No staff and no door keySomeone tried the key pan as they said it was the apartment they had booked

Liked: Nice location. Very clean. Nice place to stay.
Disliked: Couch smells of body odour - needs to be cleaned. Washroom outlets don't seem to be working very well for the hair dryer.

Not what we were expecting...

Liked: Location
Disliked: The apartment was in need of routine maintenance. Sofa was saggy and stained. Bathroom sink was cracked. The bead chain that opens/closes the window shade broke with the shade blocking access to the balcony (but was repaired promptly). The Sonder app didn't link to our stay or function as a door key as it should have. The apartment was more compact than our expectations. We were expecting a more up-market experience, but it was very basic. View of railroad tracks from 17th floor didn't correspond to an expectation of cityscapes. The hallways that needed to be traversed to get to the elevator were very, very long and tiring.

Disliked: Quite a walk from the street to door of apartment

Liked: Location was good. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: What a convoluted way to find the room. The fake wood flooring is peeling and could pose a tripping hazard. The access codes you sent me didn't work and had to be reset. Couldn't figure out hoe to sit on the balcony.
