Liked: Location and set up
Disliked: The hassle at the beginning getting the access codes and not being able to access the toilets at the pool.

Exceptional

Liked: Good location. Twenty five minutes from the airport. There is a supermarket in the same block and you can get the tram just outside which took us to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Nice to have a pool available for use too. Can recommend Nani's gelateria which is a 5 min walk away.

Liked: Excellent location for what we needed especially as transportation was accessible to all the places we wanted to visit. Ideal location for those visiting for carnival.
Disliked: We had a problem in the property. It was difficult in contacting customer service for help. We had to approach the cleaning staff who were excellent and sorted the problem for us.

Liked: Very convenient location very near a metro station and just a few steps away from the tram. Although quite far from Union Station, it’s in a quiet part of the city with close proximity to a lot of restaurants.
Disliked: None.

Disliked: No hook-ups for electrical devices.

Great location and value

Liked: The location was perfect and there was lots of great places to eat and grab a drink near by
Disliked: It wasn't a personable as i would have liked, but it was a great value.
