Fantastic location, clean, and safe...

Liked: Great location, and the Sonder app worked really well. The room was incredibly clean, and the loft bed was comfortable and felt big and safe. My parents used the accessible room (bed on floor) and loved it.
Disliked: The air conditioner as it currently stands definitely kept us cool - but wasn't the most sophisticated and was quite loud. And the loft bed will always feel a little bit funky to the average traveler, so not for everyone.

Overall disappointing but not a...

Liked: Location was convenient and charming. The style was appealing, and modern.
Disliked: I suspect the self-serve approach is not the best for hotels. The environmental system was noisy and had an unpleasant odor and was completely unrelated to the thermostat. The TV system was not set up to operate, and the 24/7helpline took close to 2 hours to reply to my request for assistance.

Liked: Location is awesome if you are going to a game at either stadium
Disliked: Some areas are showing some wear and damage. Our air conditioner didn’t work and the fan in the bathroom was broke

A modern room in walking...

Liked: The location to every thing was amazing. We were able to walk to Pikes Market as well as walk to a spur of the moment, Mariners game. Our train to Vancouver from King Street station was also a short walk.

Disliked: Pull out sofa bed was broken so had to sleep on floor. Could feel springs in mattress.Was asked 3 times for payment when it had been prepaid Oct 2024.

Liked: it was near the harbor and the stadiums.
Disliked: the bed on top is really uncomfortable
