Disliked: Parking garage. Signs and directions could be clearer

Great place for a trip...

Liked: Sonder instructions were easy to follow and no probs getting in. Even had place to store luggage before and after we checked in.

Disliked: Had a really really bad customer service experience

The stay was good but...

Liked: Good size apartment, clean, modern and well equipped. Its on the 17th floor with a good view of the Lake, and a small balcony
Disliked: Its a long and complicated procedure getting from the pavement to the apartment via 2 lifts and 3 passageways. However getting confirmation and acess is simply unacceptable. Sonder requires you to sign on their app and then wants you to send them scans of your passport and yourself too, and only then will give you the door codes about 24 hours beforehand. In our case their system apparently crashed between booking-date and stay-date and decided to cancel the booking 24hrs before arrival. Sonder first blamed us for cancelling, then Booking.com for cancelling, before aknowledging it was there fault. Even then it took a 3 hour call to get it sorted out. We will never us them again

Perfect apartment for a few...

Liked: Most comfortable beds we’ve ever had outside of our own home. Very clean, even by my obsessive standards. Well equipped and thoughtfully arranged for functionality and comfort. Easy contact-free access in a secure building with multiple food options nearby. Bus and tram stop literally on door-step. Small size by American standards for a 3-bedroom but was perfect for us (3 adults/teens). Would have been crowded for more than 4 adults. Will absolutely stay here again next time we visit Toronto.
