A very comfortable stay!

Liked: The apartment is above a good supermarket and a drug store. Got everything we need for preparing food in the apartment. There are several eateries around the area too. There is a streetcar stop outside the apartment which gets us downtown.The unit is well supplied with sufficient amenities including extra trash bags so we didn't have to contact them for extras. There is a washing machine and a separate dryer in the room which is very convenient. There is a high island table for 2 with sufficient space for dining and work.There is no front desk as the Sonder apartments are within a residential building. But talking to the staff is easy with the Sonder app and their response time is fast, within 30 mins. Overall I am very satisfied with my stay. Thank you!
Disliked: The bedroom is a little dark. No ceiling light except for 2 bedside lights.

Modern, clean, well-equiped rooms ideal...

Liked: The suite was impeccably clean and included a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The location was convenient with a pharmacy and grocery store nearby.
Disliked: The Sonder hotel rooms are in an existing residential building, which I didn't expect when I booked it. Sonder is a self-service hotel with no front desk. There was a learning curve to finding my room, between finding the panel to enter the building code, going up 2 different elevators, and walking down some long hallways. Once I figured out the building, this wasn't a problem at all.

Comfy, convenient apartment in great...

Liked: A lovely apartment in a convenient location. Easy to either walk or public transport into town. Comfortable bed, great for self catering and very handy having a washing machine when travelling for a couple of weeks.
Disliked: It's a pity smoking is allowed on the balcony, as I couldn't have fresh air in the flat in the evenings as my neighbour was smoking a lot, coming straight into the flat. That wasn't nice.
