If it was not the...

Liked: Clean and spacious room
Disliked: Key code did not work and spent over 2 hours of precious vacation time on the phone and chatting with staff before being given a key fob.

Great location in a lovely...

Liked: Great location - walking distance to waterfront, shops and cafes. Brewery across the road. Washing machine in the bathroom was handy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure. Great communication with the staff at Sonder (made easy with text chat through the app) who answered any questions quickly. There were ear plugs in the bedroom however we didn't need to use them.
Disliked: Shower/bath took a long time to drain. No dryer available, not even an air dryer/clothes horse. The elevator stopped working the night before we checked out, which meant we had to carry our bags down the stairs.

Sonder stay.

Liked: Liked the facilities of the unit, space and comfort able bed. also adequate supplies and easily self refreshed if needed. Easy to undestand instructions.
Disliked: More comfortable lounge chairs would be a nice touch.

Liked: I would definitely stay there when I'll visit Seattle again.Location is Wonderfull especially for me because I was visiting my daughter and her home is close by .I felt secure and It was so comfortable also clean .I've had everything I need .Thank you.

Would return, despite some small...

Liked: The place was in a prime location close to good restaurants and has an amazing view from the roof. The place was clean and modern and the customer service was responsive.
Disliked: There was a washing machine but it ruined our clothes so I wouldn’t recommend. The dryer took a really long time to dry our clothes, causing us to run several cycles. The fire on the roof wasn’t working and the staff was very responsive about it but let us know that it was not running due to the off season. The AC and heat were also hard to use and the apartment was very warm.

Good,clean room but 2.5km from...

Liked: Quiet, clean - washing machine & dryer
Disliked: Could not access the tv - it kept signing us out before we started. Kitchen sink was blocked, as was the shower
