Liked: Never got access to apartment so nothing to like
Disliked: Couldn't gain entry to property place it was an apartment block and not hotel accommodation this was not advertised as such No point of contact extremely bad customer service Would not recommend dealing with them

5 star, modern cap hill...

Liked: The apartment is a spectacular modern 1 bed, with a futon in the living room.The kitchen is fully functional with modern appliances and new pots and pans.There was some coffee and tea selection and a nice laundry machine in the unit.The contactless check-in and keyless entry was nice, and there was a rooftop patio and BBQ area for enjoying the sunny days. The location is absolutely spectacular. It's just 1 block from the downtown cap hill nightlife scene. On Fri and Sat you can hear a tiny bit of base in the distance in the bedroom but with just a tiny bit of white noise it fades away as the building is new with concrete and solid beam construction and double pane windowsOn my next visit I will definitely look for this place and hopefully will return when I have less work to do and more fun! 5stars!
Disliked: The price is a little high but it is a very nice place and similarly priced to places not as nice.

Basic, but poor value for...

Liked: Large, comfortable bed. Good natural light.
Disliked: Very bare-bones, lacking basic amenities. Room was clean, but Kleenex box had been used by previous guest and not replaced, so very few tissues. Good light, but ugly view of storage facility parking. Coffee pot, but only one coffee for three-day stay. Lobby is open-air, and weather was horrible, so when asked for Kleenex, toilet paper and coffee, I was told at 9 p.m. to go downstairs to closet with code to get it. If you want even the most basic services and management, stay somewhere else. There are several well-priced hotels nearby with much better service.

very nice space and fit...

Liked: very clean and spacious
Disliked: we only given 3 towels 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels we had 4 adults and 2 childrenI requested more towels and they said they would bring them but we never got themI did find a couple towels in the essentials closet the last day but we had already went and bought towels

Beautiful apartment and extremely poor...

Liked: The apartment was very well appointed, although the bedroom was VERY SMALL. Living area large enough to entertain. Very nice appliances. Washer/Dryer. Convenient overnight parking next-door for approximately $28 dollars.
Disliked: No access to customer service in the United States, Philippines, only.No access to maintenance or anybody over the weekend so if you check in on a Friday afternoon and have a problem with your unit, it will not be addressed until Monday or Tuesday, earliest. The door to our balcony would not open for the entirety of our stay. We could not access the unit on several occasions because the keypad would not respond to our code. Although they advertise otherwise, no early check-in or late check out, so don’t bother wasting your time as they gaslight you for days. I was over billed a late checkout fee for each night of my 5 night stay. check each line item on your bill. Made my last hours in the unit a bit stressful to have these things resolved.

Great city pad in a...

Liked: Great location in the center of a hip, buzzy neighborhood. Really quiet- thick windows and polite building. Easy checkin and checkout- no cleaning or extra steps required. Great features including roof deck, luggage storage, deep bath, toiletries, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee/tea. Truly comfortable bed and pillows. TV worked great, heating worked great.
Disliked: Needs blackout curtains- it's bright when the streetlights and parking lot lights are on at night. Could have used an umbrella. The hot water was not sufficient to fill the bath (tried at different times of the day and night).
