We had an excellent stay...

Liked: Location was great. Easy to walk to restaurants and had an excellent dinner at Antler and breakfast at the Federal in little Portugal. Apartment was awesome, didn’t stay long enough to use most of the amenities though. It was nice to be able to check in, park and get straight to our room easily. Also felt very secure and private.

Good for single stay

Liked: Nice location with paid garage parking. Has good washer and dryer. Small apartment ideal for single stay, but for couple it’s too tight and nowhere to seat together for breakfast.
Disliked: the ventilation hole on ceiling is pointing towards the bed and blowing right into you head. So if you heating or cooling the apartment it will blow into your head while you sleep. Really bed architecture decision.

Nice apartment. Nonexistent service.

Liked: The location was good. Ample parking. The kitchen was very well provided.
Disliked: The room was small. No service whatsoever. There's no one to talk to if you need something. Everything by text. Only one chair for the two of us (reservation was made for 2 people). I send a message and was left unanswered (not even with a no).

Liked: I liked the location, easy access to bus and metro station, lively neighborhood, good local restaurants and cafes around, the very clean and equipped kitchen, and rooms and above all these, the super helpful, nice and supportive staff in the reception, i can name, Donny, Guie, Roni(e)n and other staff.
Disliked: Nothing!

Very good

Liked: I liked the apartment-style unit, it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. I also liked the app with all the information and easy access to chat with someone for help or questions.
Disliked: I did not like the wait time for asking to speak with a live rep at the front desk. They were not always at the desk.

Liked: Super spacious and clean. The staff is really friendly too :)
