Exceptional

Liked: The hotel is in a beautiful area in downtown Orlando by lake Lucerne. It is close to many shops, restaurants; even a bar next door. My room had a hot tub, refrigerator and a microwave. The bed was large and comfortable. The entire location was very clean.
Disliked: Leaving. Everything was GREAT and the price was very reasonable. The TV set up was Chromecast that I was unfamiliar with however it was explained by the staff.

Worth the stay

Liked: Lovely space with microwave and fridge etc. Comfy bed, shower and desk. Really near downtown Orlando.
Disliked: Poor lighting in main room and near mirror. Noisy on weekends but expected.

Great location but the attention...

Liked: The location was walking distance to downtown. The room was a reasonable size.
Disliked: The bedroom fan didn’t work, no instructions for air conditioning. No tea towels, kettle leaked, no plugs for any sinks.

Liked: Love the old vintage style of the hotel love the easy check in and the staff for the hotel and restaurant was so helpful and kind

Goog value for money

Liked: Great location, lots of parking, very spacious

Very mediocre

Liked: The check in was flexible but We booked for 4 and there was only 1 double bed. No pillows or blanket to be found so we had a horrible night and staff was not around. Even after a phone call they didn't do anything. It was a rainy cold night so that was our luck
Disliked: Not very clean and lack of bedding made our stay not very pleasant, also there is a party venue right next door so we had a wedding till late
