Disliked: The spa shop staff could improve their service.Unfortunately, the staff at the spa shop weren’t very helpful or friendly. A bit more explanation and a warmer welcome would have made a big difference. The spa/gym/pool area is set up differently than in most hotels, which can be confusing for guests. It’s a pity, as a clearer introduction would help set the right tone for the experience.

Liked: Beautiful, lavish facilities. Excellent location— we walked everywhere.. Wonderful breakfast served in beautiful setting.Our room (deluxe) had large windows that opened onto charming playground,,which made our stay, in what was a very large hotel with conference facilities , multiple upscale restaurants etc feel mote intimate and Unique.
