Liked: Got for five nights a single room in the second floor for six nights. Early check-in was possible and also to leave my big luggage there for five days ahead of the stay (went with small luggage to an island). 12 min. by foot to conference center, no trouble even early morning and late night when returning. Staff friendly and helpful, luggage deposits till 4am possible.
Disliked: To my understanding there were only three showers incl. toilets in the main building (two in the ground floor, and one in the second floor), a bit few to my feeling for the number of beds they rent out there. (but I heard one additional is coming). It could have been announced that the pool was under renovation.
