Disliked: The sink was not working, the water in the shower was cold NO HOT WATER AT ALL

Disliked: Old hotel but so wasn’t expecting anything but the bare necessities but the bathroom was filthy but they came and cleaned it and gave us towels. The towels were really old and stained. The bed sheets were stained and had cigarette burns. The room door doesn’t seal and you can see light through it. The curtains didn’t close all of the way. The hotel is right next to the train tracks so you hear train horns all night long. The electric plugs along the bed wall did not work so we couldn’t charge our phones on the night stand. They lamps by the bed did not work either. The room smelled like old cigarettes.

False advertising of the breakfast...

Disliked: The website and the brochure in the hotel lobby said breakfast was included in the rate. No breakfast. Asked for an extra towel. None were provided. There was no toilet paper in the room. I had to ask for that too.

Disliked: Too many insects. Room was not cleaned. Previous occupant’s dirty towels were still in the bathroom. Pillows and bed sheets were dirty and had cigarette burns.
