Liked: Easy access ( husband has difficulty walking) Lovely bar, bedrooms great views from bedroom and all communal area

Exceptional
Liked: The view, the smiley helpful staff, the terrace and the general "feel" of the place. Very relaxing and you could just stay and enjoy the pool and eat in house if you wanted to but the walk into town was easy with plenty of options for eating and a great bus service every 15 minutes.
Disliked: The walk uphill!! It's actually not that bad but my 88 year old Mum was very grateful for a little stone wall halfway up to recover on before attacking the rest of the hill!

Wonderful experience.
Liked: A brilliant location close to the harbour and facilities. The view from the Hotel was stunning. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good with an excellent continental selection and a comprehensive choice of cooked dishes. We only ate at the restaurant one evening, but were impressed with the menu and quality of the food.

Liked: Friendly staff, nice room with lovely view. A short walk from town centre. Restaurant/breakfast view delightful. Plenty of parking. Nice bar area
Disliked: The handle in the bath is in the wrong place. My husband slipped and banged his chest. Replenish body lotion and conditioner

Liked: Service at reception was exceptionally good. Very friendly and very helpful. Made the stay very pleasant.
Disliked: Rooms varied, one very basic and small, one large and comfortable. Windows and doors were off a long enclosed balcony where presumably other guests could walk.Service in the bar and restaurant was very poor to down right hostile. The food was mostly inedible, poorly cooked, poorly served. My gin & tonic was a glass filled to the brim with ice, drowning out the flavour of the gin and tonic. We found much better restaurants on the Main Street in the town. Bus service into town was excellent. The walk and drive down from the hotel was quite steep and one lane only. We were fit enough to do it, but it got a bit tiresome sometimes.
