Liked: There was a loud family on the same floor and I called the front desk and they handled it immediately.

Liked: loved the location
Disliked: They didn't offer water in the room. Usually, one bottle is complimentary.Didn't change the towels in the bathroom or make the room. When I asked at the front desk for help, they were pretty rude.
