It was very clean, comfortable...

Liked: The rooms were comfortable and clean. The floor was quiet and I got lots of rest between my trips to the hospital for treatment. The cleaning staff did a great job. The room had a small refrigerator and a Keurig machine with coffee and tea pods. There was a night light in the bathroom. There were black out shades to keep the room dark.
Disliked: I was disappointed in their interpretation of a handicapped shower. It is NOT a bath tub with a grab bar between the shower head and the toilet. I could not hold the bar and climb out over the top of a toilet. I had surgery and it was difficult to get in and out of the bath tub/shower. There was stormy weather and we did not have sound on the TV because it was Direct TV. The room description also said there was a microwave. The only microwave is in the Snack Shop on the first floor. I could not access my Hilton Honors app to do check in or check out.

Disliked: The midnight fire alarm wasn’t great, but that didn’t have anything to do with the hotel

Liked: Room was good except None of lamp works in the room . Since we have place all our stuff . It was difficult for us to move in night. Only one lamp was on .Since we have to stay for a night we managed it some how. since lamp was not on i couldn't read book
