Somatel Nashville Airport

Liked: Great place when you stay to you're self!!!Great management tackling neighborhood challenges. Clean rooms, working on secure property. Visible improvements ongoing. Good value supporting a team that cares. "Staff doing their best with difficult homeless situation nearby."
Disliked: The folks that don't belong there, want listen to management, and keep coming back. But still management is continuously working hard to keep the place safe

Liked: Cheap, good location.
Disliked: They charged me twice for the deposit. The price was an extra $20 at check in. Supposed to be $270 as per this booking. Cost was $290. Then on check out the withdrew another $20 out of my account. 4 days later only one of those extra charges was refunded.

Disliked: Same as my other reviews Didn't like that I got pneumonia in covid from staying here didn't like to the staff was rude didn't like that I was overcharged didn't like that I was hit on by two of the staff members trying to solicit me and didn't like that I haven't been able to get my belongings or my deposit

Should get my money back...

Disliked: The staff, the drug dealers and prostitution and illegal shit going on and how they did nothing about it

Liked: I liked it at first, the staff seem to be nice but then things changed.
Disliked: The people working there were rude, they did not care or do anything about the drug dealing prostitution or other s*** going on at the hotel that was not okay.
