Staff was kind but I would not stay there again and would not recommend to others

Liked: The location of the property was nice. There were stores, restaurants and activities all in close proximity.
Disliked: All of the facilities were closed. They were undergoing renovations so nothing was usable. Our room was dirty and the shower door/bathroom door had handprints all over it. There were no hooks anywhere in the bathroom or room to hang bath towels. The couch was dirty and there were no spare sheets or pillows in the room for the pull out. There were not curtains to block out the sun light, and there was only one really small trashcan in the bathroom for us to use. Our sink was clogged so any time we tried to use it, it backed up. The toilet was lose and didnt feel secure. Any time someone sat on it, it felt like you and the bowl were going to move and fall through the floor.

Disliked: Dirty. The carpeting throughout appered as if it hasnt vacuumed any time recently. Just the lobby. The bed linens looked as if they were walked on and dragged through the dirty hallway. The couch in the room was stained. The water came out a dirty brown color.
