Liked: Location in the breakfast it was great
Disliked: We had to request room cleaning ourselves, which we were not informed about. Instead, we had to read it on a small note in the elevator. We had booked a regular triple room, but the third bed was actually a sofa. We asked for an extra mattress, but there wasn’t one available — they only gave us a small duvet. We also had to ask for room cleaning, and the staff was rude, especially on Sunday when the hotel was crowded, and we were rushed to finish breakfast very quickly.

Breakfast was great, many kinds...

Liked: Simple room, everything was neatly, the light system was convenience, that you can control how bright occasionally. The Towels are thick but there were not face towels. Only 2 sizes provided.
Disliked: The oil heater doesn’t work, I felt cold while sleeping

Liked: We had a problem and it was dealt with professionally with grace and good humour.
Disliked: There were only suites available which allowed you to open windows.
