Disliked: Our recent stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, there was a complete lack of professionalism and basic hospitality. The front desk attendant was immediately rude, demanding a cash deposit before even asking for our names or offering a greeting—not even a simple “hello.”When I asked for an extra pillow, I was told “later,” and the staff member walked away without further acknowledgment. Upon entering our room, we were hit with a strong mildew smell. The hand towels provided were visibly dirty, so I returned to the front desk to request clean ones. I watched as the staff member pulled out towel after towel—all visibly used and dirty—before finally retrieving a clean one from a separate closet.We were informed that mandatory room cleanings would occur. After ours, the sheets had been replaced—but with new ones that had a large black stain right in the center. The bed itself was extremely uncomfortable, the sheets were paper-thin, and the pillows were completely flat. Later that night, while we were showering, the electricity went out. When we stepped outside to see what was happening, the hotel manager was present but said absolutely nothing to us.At checkout, again, not a single word was spoken—no goodbye, no thank you, no acknowledgment whatsoever.Between the rude staff, poor hygiene, strong odor of mildew, and uncomfortable, substandard bedding, this was a deeply unpleasant stay. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel under any circumstances.
