Liked: It was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. The staff was very friendly and polite.
Disliked: The rooms are extremely small but that is how it is in NYC.

Liked: The front desk staff were the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever dealt with. The hotel is tucked away in a little Italy near Chinatown. The location was fantastic. It was clean, quiet, and everything was exceptional. They came in every day to remove the trash, make the beds and give us clean towels. They had pastries and coffee in the morning and lemonade and cookies in the evening complementary.

Liked: Neat & clean, location, quick check in & out, very friendly and cooperative reception staff, very welcoming and well responsive.
Disliked: Relatively small room, very small and uncomfortable lobby, no place as sitting / waiting area, Some extra room charges ($50, not included in initial booking). they deduct/ hold 1st night room charges before check in but do not include that in final payment on check in and charge full duration payment. They claim it to be reimbursed/ released by banks. Need a clear and straightforward process for payment.

Disliked: The window had no insulation, so both heat and noise from all the AC units outside poured into the room. The in-room AC was positioned right next to the bed and was extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep — either you endure the noise or turn it off and struggle with the heat. The elevator was painfully slow. On top of that, my key card failed three times in a row, requiring multiple trips to reception, which ultimately made me late for an appointment. The room was advertised with a nice view, but in reality, it faced a wall and a cluster of AC units.The place is advertised as a “boutique hotel” but there’s not even conditioner in the bathroom.
