Comfortable stay & great facilities.

Liked: We loved our stay, beds were comfortable, the room was clean and loved all the amenities.We really enjoyed our stay, staff were very helpful and friendly. Spa was amazing and we made use of the tennis courts as well. Breakfast was great, wide choice and plenty for all dietary needs.
Disliked: Our stay was sadly let down in the spa, when we were speaking to a very lovely chap who required help from a colleague. She humiliated him and was very rude right in front of us and seemed very put out that a conversation with another member of staff was interrupted to assist him. This was very unprofessional and not something that should have taken place in front of customers. Very awkward and even our children noticed her behaviour!But this was one person and has never happened before when we have stayed, so we would return.

Liked: We love coming here with the children
Disliked: The superior family room is very dated. The sofa bed is incredibly uncomfortable. The hotel was way too hot, and the air conditioning was not strong enough! We all slept naked including the children and we had air con on! Outside our window was a couple of old used nappies from previous occupants. The children used to get robes that had little vip on them and slippers, this stay the robes had no belt, not embroidery and no slippers. My breakfast had brown avocado! Dinner however was fantastic! Pool is lovely and warm for the children but the floor could do with a clean down as there were plasters and hair there. We have stayed here many times but this time felt expensive and the special touches had been removed

Very welcoming comfortable stay

Liked: Free water and milk at the end of every corridor for teas and coffees. Rooms were very clean.
Disliked: Having to pay extra for the spa facilities, most hotels have that included in the price.
