Suited my needs for one...

Liked: Convenient
Disliked: Communication in trying to contact the hotel to reserve accommodation and within the hotel during stay (room-service or reception)- impossible to connect. My third stay and no improvement although hotel had been advised. On a positive note, all staff very friendly and polite.

I could well stay again...

Liked: room comfortable, good staff, relaxed feeling, bathroom nice
Disliked: The dinner menu needs to be more varied. e.g. no simple simple fish dish (I do not include Fish and Chips). Coravin not working. If spending several nights here the menu would be very limiting.

Liked: The breakfast was excellent, a buffet that was hot thank you.
Disliked: Couldn’t believe that the beds even in the junior suite is just a small(very ) double. Too small in today’s world and considering the large room a real disappointment. The bed itself was comfortable but.

Great family Hotel

Liked: Very calm, clean and beautiful hotel whilst still being extremely family friendly. We loved our stay, made full use of the amazing facilities and had a gorgeous breakfast too.
